Well... I have ripe bananas... sugar and flour - But no butter!!! So tomorrow I need to run to Costco to fetch my butter. Then I will make a banana pound cake.
Important Note:
Use unsalted butter at room temp for pound cakes.
Buy vanilla extract and butter at Costco to save major $$$.
Don't over stir/beat your batter. This can make your cakes tough.
Always make your cakes with Love.
